On 27 July 2026, we organised a workshop and training on how to craft engaging narratives for civil society. The session was intended for communications professionals within our network, and was a great opportunity to learn to create human-centred stories and narratives that resonate with different audiences.
The training and workshop was facilitated by journalist and political communications trainer Seden Anlar. With her guidance, participants explored audience insight, media-consumption trends, narrative-building and storytelling tools. As a result, they were able to experiment, in a practical way, how narratives can be used by civil society to communicate its value and impact in ways that are clear, credible, emotionally resonant, and politically useful.
