The Civil Society State of the Union report (CS SOTEU 2023) comprises our vision and key recommendations as civil society for a more democratic and socially and environmentally just European Union.

Addressed to EU institutions and EU Member States, has been produced by CSE’s Working Group on the CS SOTEU, a WG that is following up on the Conference on the Future of Europe (CoFoE) and supporting civil society and citizens’ participation in EU democracy.
