According to our Manifesto, CSE working groups were established to create a dialogue space between civil society organisations and movements across Europe. The role of members of these working groups is to implement article 11 of the Lisbon Treaty and to support our work. They are currently working on 4 thematic areas:

• Civic Space and Fundamental Right

• Recognition of Civil Society Organisations

• Renewal of European Democracy

• Demographic and Social Challenges

Other working groups may be established to meet the needs of our members.
